SOLVED Windows 10 doesn't recognize Motorola phone

Hello.
I have a new Moto G Power android phone.
When connected to windows ten thru usb cable it recognizes phone name but shows as empty.
No files in folder.
Picture import search comes up as empty as well.
Am enclosing screenshots.
Phone is charging.

I can't speak to your particular phone, but....
On my Moto G8 plus..... I simply pull down the notification screen to expose USB Preferences (tap for more options) and select "File Transfer"

Took me a bit to find usb preferences, but once I did it fixed my problem.
Mine was set to "no data transfer" by default.
