I upgraded my Toshiba laptop automatically from 8.1 to 10 when the software came out (months ago) - have had no issues with it. Then I was using my laptop then flashed blue and turned off. It now comes up with with recovery - your pc/device needs to be repaired .. Due to critical system driver missing or corrupted (see image) - I'm able to access the recovery settings - have tried refresh, system restore, automatic repair, nothing works and seems to get worse. I've searched for the last day forums and most people seem to have boot/bcd errors and so don't work for this problem. I have a lot of personal files/photos that haven't been backed up for about a month and want to save them! Please help. I've downloaded the Windows 10 iso to a usb - but have only get semi regular access to a Mac so unsure if it's bootable. Any help would be greatly appreciated - sorry if this is the wrong place for the thread.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Sounds like you've already done some research as well as attempted some fixes.
You may have some critical system file corruption which could be caused by any number of things, including possible hard disk failure.

You need to investigate that possibility. Do you have the ability to remove the drive from the system and attach it to another functioning Windows machine to see if you can save any critical data as well as Checking the Disk for possible errors?
Depending on the results of that investigation, you may have to replace the drive and reinstall Windows.

The ISO itself is not bootable you'll need to burn it to a DVD or to a USB ThumbDrive using ImgBurn or Rufus respectively.
You may be able to use a Linux Live CD Distro to boot your computer and see if you can recover your files that way.
