Need a few info if you please......................

1. What Windows OS you are using ? Win 7 SP1 or Win 8.1 ?
2. Do you mean Windows 10 or do you mean Windows 10 Insider Preview Build ?
3. If you mean Windows 10, what method you were using to install Win 10 ?
a) through Windows Update ?
b) through ISO file ?

Thank you.
I assume that you have downloaded the correct bit version. Right ?

Suggestions only :
Check if your drivers are up to date.
Find out if there is any hardware compatibility issues with Windows 10.
If you have any 3rd party anti-virus/security program installed, disable it first before installing Win 10.

Yeah of course, 64bit.
I've checked them all
Antivirus is disabled
I don't know what to do!

I have been wondering..................

Did you have the Get Windows 10 icon on your system tray ?
The Get Windows 10 is the one that invites you to make a reservation for a free upgrade to Windows 10.

What you may need to do is continue updating (Windows Updates) your current operating system until the GWX.exe icon reappears.
Depending on how you "wiped" your laptop a "factory format" or factory image recovery may no longer be available to you if the factory image partition is no longer present or is empty on your hard drive.
What you might consider doing instead, if a factory refresh is your objective is to contact the laptop manufacturer and see if they will provide you with recovery media in the form of DVDs.
Most will, if under warranty it is generally free, if not then there may be a nominal fee.

@davidhk129 I need help. I have these files in an unknown Asian character. I don’t know what they are and I can’t seem to find them on any uninstall features. Please help me. The three apps I want gone. Although it’s not letting me upload my photo of the apps. One is Power2go, the other is CyberLink(followed by Asian characters) then a completely unknown written one.
