Windows 10 Network support.

Hello all.
I am having some horrible trouble with windows 10. I can connect to networks, but get no access to network drives or the internet. It effects both my wired connection and I tested with wireless on two networks. Both failed to connect me to the internet. All the other devices on my network are fine. I cannot do a system restore because my pc can't navigate through the select your keyboard layout screen. I have tried resetting everything I have been told to by various forum posts with net shell but to no avail.
Please Help!

Are you using a Proxy? Are you using a wireless Keyboard? If so try one that is wired until you can sort this out.
