Hello guys I will try to explain as best as I can.

Today before 1-2 hours I turned on my computer and saw that huge update on Windows 10 has come. I said "Nice, lets make it". So I make the update. After 1-2 hours (before few minutes) I saw that my resolution changed from 1920x1080 to 1600x1200. I tryed to change the resolution from AMD settings and when I'm going to make it my screen blurs totally in every pixel (not on some programms or etc.) below I will place some photos captured by me 13megapixel phone to understan me easier (I will place screenshots too from my PC).

I wonder if the New Windows has downloaded an old display driver for your PC. Windows certainly things that your graphics set up is 1600 by 1200.
Maybe go to device manager and see if you can 'update the driver' even if not then check the date of the driver and go to the graphics manufacturers site and see what they have. It may be you'll want to go backwards one driver edition ( to a W8.1 driver for instance)

As a favor, can you advise what you may have had to change, alter or tweak to resolve your problem?
Were you using Catalyst Control Center or Crimson Suite to manage your video card?
