Windows 10 Won't Update

The latest windows 10 update gets to 59%, restarts, and then says: "we couldn't complete the update. Undoing changes." After it does that, my pc is ok. Later, when I want to turn off my pc, the only options are either to "install updates and shut down" or "install updates and re-start." That update is causing the problem. Is there any way to override automatic updates?
