SOLVED Windows EDGE forces tiny text

Windows edge was working fine for a while, then started showing up in tiny text. I see no menu way to tell it defaults to go to 10 point something like that. I downloaded Internet Explorer on the system and it works fine. Any ideas.

 

[Trouble]

Edge, like may apps, respond to .....
Holding the Ctrl Key (bottom left of keyboard) while rotating the scroll wheel on your mouse.
Try that and see if that has any impact on what you are seeing.
