Your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart - What do I do?

I was having few problems with my files some of then weren't working so I reset my laptop now it is on a loop and just keeps saying "your pc ran into a problem needs to restart we will restart for you, what do I do

It should fail over to a advanced screen after a couple of those which should allow you to attempt a repair.
If not you'll need to boot with the installation media and attempt a repair from there.
Worst case..... reset, which is going to cost you all your application, but your data should remain safe.
