0x80070035 network unexpected error occurred

I have 3 computers on the wireless network

COMP1 W10
COMP2 W10
COMP3 W7

All system Pro
After recent update 0x80070035 error between COMP1 and COMP2

I was able to set trust and sharing from COMP1 to COMP2 using firewall trust DEVICE
and cannit set sharing
between COMP2 and COMP1 and w7

My neighbor has similar problems with 2 computers?
Is that Update or new setting?

Recent updates have affected some users Network drivers.

You may want to verify your driver has not changed [ and thus needs a roll back ], or alternately, check whether there is a driver update available for the affected computer on the manufacturers website.

You might be able to restore by Insert the USB or DVD as you have and watch very carefully (at the 41% ) remove the USB or open the DVD.
then force a reboot. this does a OS Refresh, (Beta Tester secret to restore OS nothing else.) do not go over the 41% as soon as you see 41 % do not do more...for Win7. do a full refresh on the Windows 10.
