Its weird to me all these apps that are in Windows 10.

I am used to working with Wordpress and I would'nt dream of using the many apps that are available to me.

Is 'preview' (Images) an App now because I had to dl an APP for my Gifs, these are not animated Gifs but Image Gifs. Looks like I lost Preview as an option.

Not sure exactly what you are talking about, but....
IF you are talking about the preview pane in File Explorer, then all you have to do is turn it on.
From the top Ribbon menu bar, select the view tab and you should see "Preview pane" far left just to the right of Navigation pane and above Details pane.

You're welcome.
I just wasn't entirely sure what you were referring to with the term "preview"
Some people refer to changing their view options from List or Detail to one of the "Icon" view options as "preview" or previewing
In which case you may also have to adjust another View option

By unchecking that box.
Especially when talking about picture folders.
