Cannot connect wirelessly to home network after accidentally forgetting network

HI.

I have a Lenovo ideapad 500 with windows 10. I accidentally did forget network for my home network. Now I cannot connect to it wirelessly even though it shows up . I can connect to it wired. I can connect to other wireless networks when I go other places just not to my home network. Any suggestions on how to correct this is appreciated.

I did go to device manager and it did say that I have the best wireless adapter for my computer

What happens when you try to connect to it now, do you get any sort of error? Are you entering a password, or do you press a button on your router to enable the connection (WPS)?
