I have recently bought a K4 Keychron. I cannot connect my keyboard via Bluetooth, it works when I connect it with wire. I had also tried my Logitech K480, it also couldn't connect to my PC. The PC couldn't even search the device. The interesting thing is the Bluetooth works for other devices like my JBL Bluetooth speaker and PS Gamepad with DS4Windows. It just can't connect my wireless keyboards. Can anyone help me, I have already tried reinstalling the bluetooth device and drivers and literally all suggestion that Windows officially suggests.

Logitech devices usually require their USB dongle rather than connecting via Bluetooth, are you sure the K4 isn’t the same?
Have you placed the keyboard in paring mode & scanned for devices?
If the keyboard Ver 1? If so there’s a firmware update which you may or may not have: https://www.keychron.com/pages/firmware-for-keychron-k4

What’s the make & model of the PC?

Have you also tried adding it through Settings > Bluetooth & other devices?. :)
