Sorry, I completely missed your response.
I suggested that you type
173.194.219.99
Into the URL address bar in any problem browser and strike the enter key
To which you responded
Tried all the three options. Nothing worked.
So that leaves us, knowing that you do not have a DNS issue.
I would like you, when you have time, to boot your computer into Safe Mode With Networking (Choice #5 when you get to the appropriate menu page)
https://www.windows10forums.com/articles/safe-mode.3/
Try your browsers (Firefox, Chrome and IE) while you are in Safe Mode With Networking and let us know if the problem persists.
Thank you and I again apologize for the delayed response.

Chrome doesn't even open for me. I click on it, get the "thinking" circle, and then...nothing. Probably Microsoft removing the competition. Not very sporting, though.

Hello Ikbasic and welcome to the forum.
Try using IE
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
See if it works any better or at least differently.
If not boot into Safe Mode with Networking and see if IE works in that mode.
