SOLVED CPU Temperature in Kelvin

I am running a 24/7 gaming server on my computer and i need constant monitoring to prevent overheating. I was doing fine but thought i could be more efficient if my core cpu temperature monitor was in kelvin opposed to Celsius or Fahrenheit. but it seems quite challenging to find a core cpu temperature monitor that is in kelvin. can you please help me find one. thank you in advance.

I'm not sure how it would be more efficient, unless you're more used to working in Kelvin. Each to their own though .

Someone has made a powershell script that does what you are after, which displays the temperature in K:

sorry but that command only works on linux operating systems although i do prefer linux my server is running on windows and as far as i know does not have that function. i should have been clearer in my original post.

edit: i think this problem has been solved already.

Glad you've solved it . What did you use in the end?

On the link I posted above, it works on Windows - you just need to scroll down to the "Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI)." bit . It uses PowerShell, a Windows 10 tool.
