Deleted Administrator account

I got 2 new computers with Windows 10. when i tried using one computer and somehow I just keyed my email and password and thereafter everytime i start my computer i had to key in the password. I then wrongly deleted the administrator account. Now i cant restore the administrator account. I have tried everything suggested on the net but there is no simple solution. Please let me know if i have to reinstall windows 10 to solve the problem

That's correct.... there is no "simple" solution if you do not have another account on the computer who is a member of the local administrator's group. The only option you have remaining is to activate the hidden administrator account. See this post here.....
