Hello, I am new here, and I hope you all will help me with my computer's and other devices. I will do one at a time. First, before I upped to Windows 10 I have words on top of words in different places. Can't read some stuff. I have checked resolution and something else. Tried to resolve issues, but it reads out everything is OK. NO everything's not OK. It still is there. I also lost Notepad. I had another program where I could do things that Notepad doesn't, I miss that too. It was already on PC, I didn't buy or download it. I don't remember what it was called, (memory problems). Emails - it's like you cropped the right side. There is ads there, and when I <-> with cursor...it don't help. That's enough for now. Thank you in advance for your help. =^.^=

Hello T_C and welcome to the forum.
It would help if you included......
The computer type (Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, AIO, 2 in 1, etc.,)
Computer Manufacturer Name, Computer Model Name, Computer Model Number (complete model number, etc.

Thank you for bringing that to my attention. I will get as much info as I can. For now, HP NoteBook Pavilion dm 1 Premium VISION AMD, windows7. Windows 10 now. It's on the keyboard. I will try to get all info for you as soon as I can. I will add my desktop (HP) is doing the same thing, but I have not done windows 10 on it. I hate it, I probably won't put 10 on it. Odd to have the same problem on both. At least to me. =^.^=

Odd to have the same problem on both.
Yes very odd, and maybe even related.
Maybe you might start with a good cleaning. Not saying that, that is for certain the problem it just seems too coincidental to ignore.

These are the programs I use to generally delouse a computer with virus and or malware issues.
ADWcleaner from here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/dl/125/
JRT (Junkware Removal Tool) from here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/junkware-removal-tool/dl/131/
Norton Power Eraser from here https://security.symantec.com/nbrt/npe.aspx
Malwarebytes from here http://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/confirm/
SuperAntiSpyware from here http://www.superantispyware.com/downloadfile.html?productid=SUPERANTISPYWAREFREE
Ccleaner from here http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/standard
TFC.exe (Temporary Files Cleaner) from here http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/187-tfc-temp-file-cleaner-by-oldtimer/
ESET Online Scanner from here http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/
Eset online scanner is a bit different than the others in that you need to either use
IE or download and run their smart installer if you're using another browser. Then tick
the radio button that says "Enable detection of potentiall unwanted application"
Then click the link that says "Advanced settings", then check all the boxes except the
one that mentions "Use custom proxy settings", unless of course you're using a Proxy
Server. Then just click "Start", it will do a thorough system scan so it takes a long
time.
I don't check the links above everyday, so if you have any problem with any one of them then just Google for the program name but use the site names that I have recommended since I'm relatively certain they are free of extraneous garbage.
