Error 0xc000000f Windows 10

Hi everyone. I have a 2015 Asus ROG G752VT that yesterday received this error code. I tried the F1 and F8 options first, however, they just send me right back to this blue screen. I then created a recovery USB from my desktop windows 10, changed the BIOS settings and have been trying to boot from the thumb drive. However, it just stays on the black screen after the logo screen disappears. I had this issue in the past just running the computer normally where it would get stuck on the black screen and I would have to force a restart. In any case I've tried this multiple times and have let it run anywhere from 20 min to 8 hours and still nothing.

Any help would be appreciated and thank yu.

Unfortunately the options above require me to be able to get windows loaded. I cannot get that far.
