I am using an Ethernet connection. It runs well. But after using few days I am facing a problem. I can discover other PCs of the same router and some of them are using internet. But my PC says no internet access. After having reset my windows i got the problem fixed. Then the next day i faced same problem and fixed in same way. How to get rid out of it?

Hi Shamsuddin Faisal,

what type of router (make/model) are you connecting to and do you have other devices running from it?. :)

Also, if you know the make of your ethernet adapter, you may find new drivers on the manufacturers website which you could also try. :)

Broadcom website requires a login!:

I don't know whats the name of router. I don't have physical access to it as it is a property of the service provider. I think there is no problem with the router. Each time i start my pc it says no internet access. But for the 1st time use after install windows or after resetting windows i can access internet.

Okay, what about the ethernet card (LAN card) installed on your PC?, you can find out what the device name is by following the steps:

System Settings > Devices > Related settings (on the top right of page) > Device Manager > Network adapters: :) Is there a yellow exclamation mark showing anywhere in the hardware list?.

You may want to try the Microsoft Update Catalog and see if their driver works better for you.
http://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_75921462&REV_03
IF the link above doesn't work for you then try copying and pasting the following into the URL address bar of Internet Explorer or Edge
Code:
http://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=PCI%5cVEN_10EC%26DEV_8168%26SUBSYS_75921462%26REV_03
Click the header for column "Last Updated" so as to get the latest version at the top.
7/14/2016 10.10.714.2016 391 KB should be the 64bit driver
7/14/2016 10.10.714.2016 359 KB should be the 32 bit driver
Usually the slightly larger of the two driver versions available is the 64 bit version
