I have just accepted a free upgrade offer from Windows 7 to 10. I am now offered a login page with a demand for a password which I do not have and which I am not allowed change without a USB flash drive which I don't have. I now have no toolbar with which to access other sites or programmes and am having to write this post on a different laptop. Any answers?

What does you login screen look like?
Do you see a link for "sign in options" do you see any links suggesting something like "not me" or "I'm not"
If you hold the shift key while selecting reboot from the power icon on the startup screen you may be able to boot into some advance troubleshooting options, from which you may be able to roll back your install to your previous version.
