How To Download A Copy Of Windows 10 On A Usb Drive

I need some help. I've had some help in resolving some issues with my computer but I just have to much going on and can't seem to get it working right. I don't know what to install or uninstall to get it working right. So I decided to uninstall Windows10 and start all over. Not sure if that is a good idea or not. Please give me your thoughts. But that was my thought. So how do I make a copy on a USB drive of windows 10, so I can re- install it. I would appreciate any help.
