How To Stop Continual Page Updating Automatically ?

Hello,

I should probably know how to do this, but I'm stumped.

I go to a site that lists a big compilation/list of on the air shortwave stations.
Works great.

But, it continually updates itself every 10 seconds or so. Automatically.

Makes it impossible to scroll down and read the stations listed
at the end of this compilation, which is large and several pages long.
Every time it updates it goes back to the start of the list, at "A".

How can I tell W 10 (or the Browser) to stop updating it continually ?

And to be able to scroll, also, to the bottom of the list, several pages down ?

Thanks,
Bob

The "End" and "Home" buttons on your keyboard will generally get you to the bottom "End" and then back to the top "Home" of any web page.

Good luck with that. IF you figure it out please let me know.
Most of the existing browser currently available Auto Refresh.... I guess it's considered a "feature".
Chrome used to have a browser extension you could install to "Stop AutoRefresh", but it doesn't seem to be available any longer.

There are some lame work-arounds here https://www.maketecheasier.com/disable-web-page-auto-refresh-for-various-browsers/
But if I'm understanding it properly.... you have to redo it everytime you open and close the browser.

Hi,

Thanks for help.

The End does allow going from start to finish, but it still cycles.

If I find out more, will let you know.

Regards,
Bob
