I can no longer boot up windows 10. I get the little chasing circle forever.Any suggestions?

Boot from the installation media and use the "Repair your PC" link on the second page after the language and keyboard page and navigate through Troubleshooting -> Advanced Troubleshooting and try......
Startup Repair.
IF that doesn't seem to work try a System Restore, pick a point prior to the problem first showing up.
