SOLVED Last 2 Win10 Cumulative Updates Won't Install

The last 2 cumulative updates have had issues installing. I restart the PC, it starts updating, gets to 30%, restarts, gets to 59% in about 1/2 second then restarts again, then it says "Windows could not complete the updates...undoing changes" etc.. (paraphrasing). I recently updated from Win7 Pro to Win10 Pro with the free upgrade, one of the early day 1 free upgraders. I have read countless tips tricks and suggestions that worked for other people, to no avail. So I guess....anyone have any ideas?

By definition they are accumulative meaning you only need one.... the latest one.
Have a look here and try method #2 using the Microsoft Update Catalog and see if that does the trick.

Thanks! First time I have seen a message that actually gives info. It says update is not applicable to my computer. I will close this thread now if possible.
