Hi Daisy, yes my problem is fixed but not without hiring a tech to come to my house. My brand new Dell needed an up to date driver. Apparently Microsoft updates their drivers frequently and even in my new Dell the driver was ineffective. I do not have the skill for doing this but hopefully someone on this forum can be of assistance.
