After my tablet (Acer W510) is updated from Win8.1 to Win10, the ‘Project’ symbol has disapeared.

Installing ‘google cast’ extention to my Chrome browser enables xmit to my TV. This function works well.

But I would like to use Miracast. My TV should be OK for Miracast, but I don’t know how to install that on my Tablet.

Are the a major difference in the two link-procedures Miracast/google Cast which can explain the difference ?

And any suggestions what to do ?

The TV is visible in Tablet device list.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
So if you right click a media file on your tablet and choose "Cast to Device" is the TV showing as an option.
Windows 10 I believe supports that natively.

Thanks a lot for your help.
Now I can xmit a video file to my TV, Fine.

Next step is to do screen mirroring.
I would appreciate some help here too.
