Never ending suspected music being started automatically right from boot screen on Windows 10 - Dell

I know it may sound stupid to you all, but actually I am afraid with this thing. Don't know what to do now.

My laptop recently got hanged, then I restarted the laptop. But right from the booting Windows 10 screen, a music is being played in background.

Has someone hacked my laptop? Please help, I can't see any such processes running in Task Manager as well.

Then slowly service by service individually start re-enabling them, rebooting after every change to expose the offending service or startup item.

Have you run your anti virus and malwarebytes? If it's doing this on it's own, all of a sudden, I'd be suspicious.
