New Email Folder

I am trying to find how to create new folders in the email tool so I can move an email I want to save. In previous versions, I have created new folders with specific subject titles for important emails I wanted to save. HELP.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
you'll need to do that on-line @hotmail.com or @outlook.com through the web interface and then it will be reflected within the mail app.
Seems counter-intuitive I know, but there you go. Hopefully at some point it'll be a two way street but for now..........
