New email folder

Hi,
How do I add new folders to my Windows 10 email account. I have tried right clicking everywhere by cannot get anything.
Was easy with windows xp!!!

If you are talking about the new native Windows 10 "Mail" app.
You need to open a browser and go to your mail account on the web (hotmail.com or outlook.com), create the new folder in the web interface and it will be reflected locally in the mail app the next time you open it.
