On Win 10 startup, Of course you can use the start up folder to open programs automatically as you enter the desktop however is there a way to force open multiple instances of the same application on startup??

So for example if I wanted the Google Chrome browser to open in 3 different instances upon start up. How would I do that?

I just did it with Task Scheduler
Just create three new "Basic Tasks"
Name them Chrome 1, Chrome 2 and Chrome 3. Set them to run when you "logon"
Seemed to work OK for me

Trouble,

Based on your instruction - I got it to work!! Wahoo - thank you!

One more question - is there a way to update the scheduler tasks so that each different instance of the chrome browser launches a different web page on startup...

so basically

Launch Google Chrome and launch www.x.com
Launch Google Chrome and launch www.y.com (on second instance)
Launch Google Chrome and launch www.z.com (on second instance)

Andrew
