Outlook stuck loading

[Trouble]

Anyone else having problems with the Outlook program that is included with Microsoft 365 (formerly Microsoft Office 365)
All I get is this

Sometimes it has a little text "Starting" with three dots in the bottom left corner, but....
It never loads it just stops on that small splash screen and will not continue.

Pretty sure I tried just about everything....
Both repairs options (offline and online)
SCANPST.exe
Even gave "SARA" a try

So far nothing has resolved it.
NOTE: Every other program included with Microsoft 365, from Access to Word and everything in between, works perfectly.
Only Outlook is giving me grief.

I think it may be related to this:

It looks like there is a bug affecting a lot of Outlook users, where the app will crash within moments of launching it. Microsoft released a little confirmation on twitter: Thankfully some other twitter users have come up with a workaround until this is patched: Click Start and Type CMD...

I had the same problem too. Looks like it affected a lot of us!

OK, just checking to see if it was just me.
Funny, how I searched all over and saw no mention anywhere.
I would have figure by mid-day in the middle of the work week, people would have been going nuts.
I hate to be overly critical, but.....
WTH. I expect this on my Insider Machine(s), and maybe if I was an Office Insider.

It's not like they don't have multiple viable platforms to test out these so called "Updates".
As you might be suspecting...
These avoidable errors are starting to wear on me.

Nice find, Ian. Luckily, I could not afford 365 so still plod on with my reliable 2016. My wife still insists on 2010 - no probs there either.
