Problem after updating intel driver

Hello!

I recently updated my intel graphics driver
since then win+tab and alt+tab abilities work very slow.
Can anybody help me fix this thing? cause I use the win+tab thing a lot so I can separate work things and fun things I do with my computer and this stuttering thing is really going on my nerves
