Some MSI Software won't install

I was recently doing more investigation and found out that InstallShield wizards were the main troublesome ones. Also when running the compatibility troubleshooter in a last effort, it did not run with error "ContextElevated". Is something wrong with User Account Control? Any more tips?

Also, the explicit error is 1719: The Windows Installer Service can not ce reached, though it is running and I manually restarted many times.

Hi Isaac,
sounds very much like something is wrong either with your installation or possible hard drive damage?, have you run troubleshoot at all in the Advanced Start-up Options?.
