Sometimes apps/don't work

Things I noticed since the current version of Win10 which is up to date. Sometimes right click on speaker icon doesn't bring up controls window. Same goes with click on window to open new app/program. The window to select the app/program doesn't come up. Looks like MS created more problems than what this update is worth.

Are you on a laptop or Desktop?

I've found this update to be pretty stable on a desktop.

Personal observation: My last CU update went well but I seem to be having some weird after effects as stated. My system is a clean install back in October of 2017. System would freeze for a bout a minute then operate normally, programs would be delayed in opening or not at all, windows start button wouldn't work. The only thing to resolve the issue was a restart. All since the last CU. Then it would work fine for a few days with no issue. Issue pops up and restart. Will keep observing this.
