I switched from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
I have NO SOUND at all from my music Folder and You TUBE although I see them working.
The sound Icon is set to the max.
Please help. Please email me the steps to take to restore the Sound.Thank you

Manufacturer's Name, Model Name, Model Number (complete model number), Extended part number if present.
