Startup commander

I get this error when I try to run Earthlink Access Software:
Startup commander was unable to read configuration for drivers
is there any help to solve this issue.

Welcome to the Forum.

I am not familiar with EarthLink Access Software but was wondering whether the StartUp Commander is something you have installed from Avanquest Software.

Could you please confirm whether it is this you have installed which is not working?

I did not install, StartUp Commander. I do not know if startup commander did come with windows 10 from Lenovo or is missing from the beginning.
the software that I have issue with call Earthlink PC finetune.

Well taking a look at EarthLink PC FineTune it appears it installs several proprietary drivers some belonging to Avanquest Software, so its quite probable your installation may have bundled Avanquest's Startup Commander.

Judging by the claims about this software I personally find them to be somewhat dubious.


If I were you I'd uninstall EarthLink Access, EarthLink PC FineTune and if StartupCommander is present as a standalone install, uninstall that too.
