SOLVED System Restore question

I've decided to return to this problem with my sound. The company where my computer was put together tells me there is an open PCI slot. I've opened the tower and looked at the motherboard, but don't know if I'll know where that open slot is. If I buy the http://smile.amazon.com/Creative-So...566&sr=8-1&keywords=creative+sound+blaster+se card listed at this link, will you show me how to install it in that open slot? Also whatever else I need to do, such as disable integrated sound in the bios?

Just as mysteriously as the sound disappeared, it has returned. So problem is solved!
