My laptops keyboard is not working. No keys work and I can't get into my computer. I can't start up in safe mode because nothing works. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Have you tried using the "Ease of Access" icon on the sign-in screen to launch the On Screen Keyboard (osk.exe)?
OR
Have you tried substituting a wired USB keyboard temporarily to see if that will get you over the hump?

Hi jnbcorgis,

does the laptop have an FN key function combo to disable the on-board keyboard, maybe FN key + F4/F5/F6 or whatever the keys are?, there are little symbols on the keys so refer to your manufacturers manual if you have one!. :)
