Unwanted Windows Opening

Hi fans
on boot up on the desk top its as though I have right clicked and get the context menu up
without touching anything and have to close it.
and then when i for e.g I have say 2 txt windows open I can close a window
but it immediately reopens and i have to close it a second time and do
the same for the second one.
I have done scannow etc and a\v and malware scans but all clean.
version 10 build 10240 all ok before this
any help in stopping these annoying little things most appreciated

Sounds like some pretty weird stuff going on.
You might want to try upgrading to 1511 10586
Some people reporting some very strange stuff with build 10240 seem to find that things are better with 10586.
Something to consider anyway.
