I had my surface pro 3 updated to win 10 threshold 2 at a Microsoft store because computer as win updates wouldn't install. Since then the Realtek internal microphone stopped working. I have the R2.79 driver, but it needs to be installed every 5 minutes in order for the mic to work. Cortana works once after installation and then stops until the driver is reinstalled.
