SOLVED W10 not booting up

So for others that may have a similar problem, disconnect all the drives except the C: drive and reboot. If you get to the OS then run EC on the drive to correct any corrupted files. After the problem is corrected reinstall the other drives. Saved me a total reinstall of all my software.

Yes always try the EC method first saves a lot of time.
Now and then my External HD stops my PC from booting and get the flashing curser top left hand of screen.
I just unplug the ext HD then it boots up o/k then plug it back in and everything works fine { Strange}
But i know now how to overcome that problem.:)
