Windows 10 v1903 update

Since downloading the 1903 update, when I try to print out a document, the printer (HP Officejet 5255) tries to "print to file." I ran the printer troubleshooter and it downloaded a file OJ5200 Full WebPack 44.4.2678. Still tries to "print to file."
