Factory settings on every start

Hi

I have 2 problems with my w10

1) Everytime when i start my computer and i sign up to my local account it will delete my desktop and set up every app to "first use" like Chrome, winamp etc.. everything is like when i have first start of windows.

2) i cant click on start menu (it will do nothing)

Some help please?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Try creating a new user as a member of the local administrators group (not a standard user) and testing to see if the problem persists, while using that account.
IF the start button isn't working at all then
Go to
C:\Windows\System32
Find
Cmd.exe (note if you are hiding file extensions it may just say cmd and not cmd.exe)
Right click it and choose run as administrator
At the admin command prompt type
net user JohnSmith /add
hit enter
then type
net localgroup administrators JohnSmith /add
hit enter
type
exit
hit enter
Restart and log in as JohnSmith
