New PC & Novice to W10

W10 is up and seems to be running after solving, with help, several annoyances. While on a MS site I read the "W10 Anniversary" notice so I tried to download. Hours later it stalled at 99%. Being very new to W10 will Anniversary W10 bug fixes be worth the installation issues? If so, what is the simplest method to install Anniversary W10. Since I am a novice please write in terms easily understood. Running on an Intel i7 system.

My recommendation would be to get that ISO from here

Making sure that it matches your current installation.
Then uninstall any third party security software, disconnect any USB peripherals, leaving only your USB wired mouse, keyboard and of course your Monitor.
Then clean boot the system

Then double click the ISO that you downloaded and run setup.exe from the mounted drive.
