There is a site I visit which seems to have a little insider knowledge. The story goes that there are no known bugs in this build, and there will be a little while whilst they await feedback from insiders. Then, out it comes. I just hope insiders don't have too many complaints, as Microsoft will try and correct them and probably screw up.
