My store app quit working and the windows repair tool said I need to download a new app but I can not find out where to find it to download it. Does anyone know the answer?

Option #1
Try clean booting your computer.
Use the steps for Windows 8 / 8.1 as described here. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135
See if the Store Apps works within that environment.
Option #2
Create a new local user account as a member of the local administrator's group (not a standard user).
Log off as you and log on with the new local admin user account and see if the Store App works in that environment.
